The countdown to the highly anticipated 2025 International Hairdressing Awards has officially begun with the unveiling of the 18 finalists.
On Sunday March 2nd, the International Hairdressing Awards unveiled the 18 finalists for the 2025 competition through a global live broadcast from Vilassar de Dalt, Spain, at the headquarters of IHA category partner, Artero. The names of the 18 nominated hairdressers —hailing from seven different countries: Australia, China, the Czech Republic, the Netherlands, Spain, the United Kingdom, and the United States— were officially announced:

The eighteen finalist collections have been chosen with the help of an esteemed jury panel, composed of five renowned industry icons: Sharon Blain (Australia), Sam Villa (USA), Felicitas Ordás (Spain), Nicky Clarke (UK) and Ilham Mestour (Netherlands).
Starting on March 28th, Mikel Luzea, director and founder of the International Hairdressing Awards, and Sergi Bancells, the global ambassador of the awards, will travel around the world to personally announce the winners by surprise. These unexpected announcements will be broadcast live via Instagram, capturing the winners’ genuine reactions in real time!
After this world tour, the 2025 International Hairdressing Awards ceremony will take place on Saturday, June 21st, during the HairCon event at O2 Victoria Warehouse in Manchester. This highly anticipated celebration promises to be an unforgettable evening of glamour, talent, and recognition, bringing together the world’s top stylists and industry leaders for a dazzling night of inspiration and awards.
